In the midst of news breaking on Rob Quist’s shady financial practices, including allegations of fraud and deceit, Quist claims he’s been “upfront” about his finances.
There’s only one problem with his claim of transparency. Quist made no mention of these issues – issues that are critical to Montana voters – until the Associated Press reported them. Then, to make matters worse, Quist failed to disclose a host of other financial issues – including a construction lien and being sued for fraud and deceit – until The Billings Gazette’s in-depth report.
Just like Quist only pays his bills when legal action is taken against him, it looks like he is following suit by only telling Montanans the truth after the facts come out.
