New Ad In NJ-03: D.C. Insider Andy Kim’s Big Lie

Andy Kim took a $70,000 tax break on his D.C. home

WASHINGTON – Congressional Leadership Fund (@CLFSuperPAC), the super PAC endorsed by House Republican leadership, today released a new ad, “Entitled,” in New Jersey’s 3rd Congressional District. The ad highlights D.C. insider Andy Kim’s big lie – he took a $70,000 tax break in D.C. while telling voters he was living in New Jersey. The ad will run on television in the Philadelphia and New York City media markets and on digital platforms throughout the district.

“D.C. insider Andy Kim doesn’t think the rules apply to him,” said Michael Byerly, CLF spokesman. “Kim says he was ‘entitled’ to a $70,000 tax break in D.C. during the same time he told voters he was living in New Jersey. Andy Kim is a carpet bagger, a tax cheater, and a fraud – New Jersey families deserve better.”

In addition to the ad campaign, CLF previously opened a field office in new Jersey’s 3rd Congressional District. Each CLF field office is supported by a full-time staffer and hundreds of interns and volunteers who engage with voters on a daily basis through hyper-targeted phone banking and door-to-door canvassing.
