RATING CHANGE: Republicans Have Golden Opportunity in ME-02

Inside Elections just updated their race rating for Maine’s 2^nd Congressional District from “Tilt Democratic” to “Toss-up.”

And that’s not the only bad news for Jared Golden. Recent public polling shows Golden’s favorability rating has plummeted nearly TWENTY points since February, AND he’s trailing Republican Austin Theriault by three points.

Mainers seem to be fed up with Golden after his latest antics, like his refusal to say who he’s voting for in the presidential race (even berating reporters who ask), backing Democrats’ disastrous and costly far-left policies, and actively lying about President Biden’s mental capacity.

“Jared Golden has put partisan politics and the Biden-Harris administration’s toxic policies ahead of what’s best for Maine, and voters have taken notice,” said CLF Regional Press Secretary Maureen O’Toole.
