Caraveo’s Illegal Immigration Crisis Hits Colorado’s Suburbs
As Denver struggles to cope with Democrats’ ongoing illegal immigration crisis, residents in the suburbs are beginning to worry… is their neighborhood next?
Lakewood residents held an emergency meeting after a city official met with Denver officials to discuss “possible options for Lakewood to work with Denver on this crisis.”
In case you missed it, Denver is dealing with hospitals on the brink of collapse, overwhelmed school systems, shelters at capacity, and budget cuts to city agencies, as they spend more and more money to handle the influx of illegal immigration in the city.
And none of this would’ve been possible without Yadira Caraveo and her party’s radical, open-borders agenda:
- Caraveo called on President Biden to “divest from immigration enforcement agencies like ICE and CBP.”
- She supported legislation that blocks ICE agents from “carrying out immigration enforcement” in Colorado.
- And she voted with all House Democrats against securing our border.
“Yadira Caraveo’s support for illegal immigration has brought Denver to its knees, and now it’s threatening Colorado’s suburbs,” said CLF Regional Press Secretary Maureen O’Toole. “Caraveo’s radical, open-borders agenda has only made this crisis worse, and now Colorado families are forced to deal with the fallout.”
