$12,610 and Slokin’s lips are 🤐
Apparently $12,610 is all it takes to buy Congresswoman Elissa Slotkin’s silence.
Today, fellow Michigan Congressman Tim Walberg and top Republicans sent a letter calling for a congressional investigation into the United Auto Workers on-going corruption scandal.
But no surprise, Congresswoman Elissa Slotkin didn’t join their calls. After all, Slotkin has taken more of UAW’s shady cash than anyone in the state and made it clear she “wasn’t avoiding” any public appearances with their leaders, even as they have begun pleading guilty by the droves to just about every crime in the book from money laundering to bribery.
As long as the UAW’s corrupt cash keeps pouring into her campaign coffers, Slotkin can’t be bothered to speak out against their shameful behavior.
“If Elissa Slotkin cared at all about returning ‘decency and integrity’ to politics like she says, she would immediately return the thousands in shady campaign cash she took from the corrupt leaders of UAW and call for a fair, thorough investigation,” said CLF Spokesman Calvin Moore. “But predictably, Slotkin has done no such thing, proving why voters can’t trust even a word she says.”
