New Ad In NJ-03: D.C. Insider Andy Kim Is A Tax Cheater And Tax Raiser

After taking an illegal $70,000 tax break on his D.C. condo, Kim wants to raise taxes on New Jersey families

WASHINGTON – Congressional Leadership Fund (@CLFSuperPAC), the super PAC endorsed by House Republican leadership, today released a new ad, “Tax Raiser,” in New Jersey’s 3^rd Congressional District. The ad describes D.C. insider Andy Kim as a tax cheater and tax raiser, opposing tax cuts for the middle class. The ad will run on television in the Philadelphia and New York City media markets and on digital platforms throughout the district.

“Andy Kim is a self-serving, entitled politician who took an illegal $70,000 tax break on his D.C. condo after telling voters he was living in New Jersey,” said Michael Byerly, CLF spokesman. “D.C. insider Andy Kim even joined Nancy Pelosi in opposing a middle-class tax cut. New Jersey families deserve better than Andy Kim.”

In addition to the ad campaign, CLF previously opened a field office in New Jersey’s 3^rd Congressional District. Each CLF field office is supported by a full-time staffer and hundreds of interns and volunteers who engage with voters on a daily basis through hyper-targeted phone banking and door-to-door canvassing.
