New Ad In NY-22: Anthony Brindisi Would Take New York Backward

Brindisi supported Gov. Cuomo’s tax hikes and wasteful spending, he would rubber-stamp Nancy Pelosi’s extreme, liberal agenda in Congress

WASHINGTON – Congressional Leadership Fund (@CLFSuperPAC), the super PAC endorsed by House Republican leadership, today released a new ad, “Lost Jobs,” in New York’s 22nd Congressional District. The ad details Anthony Brindisi’s support for Governor Andrew Cuomo’s tax hikes and wasteful spending in Albany. The ad will run on television in the Binghamton and Utica media markets and on digital platforms throughout the district.

“Claudia Tenney supported President Trump’s tax cuts and now unemployment is at a 50-year low and manufacturing confidence is at an all-time high – but Anthony Brindisi would take New York backward,” said Michael Byerly, CLF spokesman. “In Albany, Anthony Brindisi voted for Governor Cuomo’s tax hikes and wasteful spending, and now he’s ready to rubber-stamp Nancy Pelosi’s extreme, liberal agenda that would increase taxes and kill jobs. New York families cannot afford Anthony Brindisi in Congress.”

In addition to the ad campaign, CLF previously opened a field office in New York’s 22nd Congressional District. Each CLF field office is supported by a full-time staffer and hundreds of interns and volunteers who engage with voters on a daily basis through hyper-targeted phone banking and door-to-door canvassing.
