New Ad In NC-02 Details Linda Coleman’s Repeated Support For Higher Taxes And Fees

Coleman repeatedly supported higher taxes and fees even though she didn’t bother paying her own taxes on time

WASHINGTON – Congressional Leadership Fund (@CLFSuperPAC), the super PAC endorsed by House Republican leadership, today released a new ad, “Repeatedly,” in North Carolina’s 2nd Congressional District. The ad details Linda Coleman’s repeated support for higher taxes and fees. The ad will run on television in the Raleigh media market and on digital platforms throughout the district.

“Career politician Linda Coleman repeatedly supported higher taxes and fees, including higher property taxes, income taxes, and sales taxes,” said Courtney Alexander, CLF Communications Director. “While North Carolina families paid more, Linda Coleman didn’t even bother paying her own taxes on time – missing the due date more than 60 times. North Carolina families deserve better than Linda Coleman’s tax-and-spend record.”

In addition to the ad campaign, CLF previously opened a field office in North Carolina’s 2nd Congressional District. Each CLF field office is supported by a full-time staffer and hundreds of interns and volunteers who engage with voters on a daily basis through hyper-targeted phone banking and door-to-door canvassing.

Supporting higher property taxes.

Higher income taxes.

Higher sales taxes.

Even higher taxes on candy and satellite T.V.

Linda Coleman repeatedly supported higher taxes.

You paid more, but Linda Coleman didn’t bother paying her taxes on time…

…missing the due date over 60 times.

That’s shady. That’s Linda Coleman.
