New Ad In CA-10: Shady Josh Harder

Harder’s firm invested in a company that was fined over $100 million for false advertising and failing to protect consumer information

WASHINGTON – Congressional Leadership Fund (@CLFSuperPAC), the super PAC endorsed by House Republican leadership, today released a new ad, “Shady Josh Harder,” in California’s 10th Congressional District. The ad highlights shady Josh Harder and his venture capital firm’s investments. The ad will run on television in the Sacramento media market and on digital platforms throughout the district.

“Shady venture capitalist Josh Harder got rich by investing millions in a health care company that raised rates on consumers,” said Michael Byerly, CLF spokesman. “Even worse, Harder’s firm invested in a company that was fined over $100 million for false advertising and failing to protect consumer information. With shady Josh Harder, it’s always more for him and less for Central Valley families.”

In addition to the ad campaign, CLF previously opened a field office in California’s 10th Congressional District. Each CLF field office is supported by a full-time staffer and hundreds of interns and volunteers who engage with voters on a daily basis through hyper-targeted phone banking and door-to-door canvassing.

VO: San Francisco venture capitalist Josh Harder isn’t like us.

Harder got rich by investing millions in a health care company that jacked up rates on consumers.

What’s worse?

Another company Harder’s firm invested in was fined over $100 million for false advertising and failing to protect consumer information like Social Security numbers, credit cards, and bank accounts.

With shady Josh Harder….

…it’s always more for Josh, and less for you.
