First T.V. And Digital Ad Campaign In MI-08: Elissa Slotkin Chooses Pelosi Over Michigan Families

In her own words, Elissa Slotkin says “it must be party before country”

WASHINGTON – Congressional Leadership Fund (@CLFSuperPAC), the super PAC endorsed by House Republican leadership, today released its first ad, “Party First,” in Michigan’s 8th Congressional District. The ad details Elissa Slotkin’s support for Nancy Pelosi over Michigan families. The ad will run on television in the Detroit media market and on digital platforms throughout the district.

“Nancy Pelosi’s allies are bankrolling Elissa Slotkin’s campaign because she believes the Democratic party comes first,” said Courtney Alexander, CLF Communications Director. “Slotkin joined Pelosi to oppose the middle-class tax cut and wants to help Pelosi pass a government-run health care plan that could cost $32 trillion and nearly double the national debt. Elissa Slotkin is wrong for Michigan.”

In addition to the ad campaign, CLF previously opened a field office in Michigan’s 8th Congressional District. Each CLF field office is supported by a full-time staffer and hundreds of interns and volunteers who engage with voters on a daily basis through hyper-targeted phone banking and door-to-door canvassing.
