First T.V. And Digital Ad Campaign In MI-06: Matt Longjohn Is Dangerously Liberal

-Longjohn is misleading voters about his qualifications
-His extreme, liberal agenda includes cutting military funding and abolishing ICE

WASHINGTON – Congressional Leadership Fund (@CLFSuperPAC), the super PAC endorsed by House Republican leadership, today released its first ad, “Misleading,” in Michigan’s 6^th Congressional District. The ad slams Matt Longjohn for misleading voters about his qualifications and details his extreme, liberal agenda. The ad will run on television in the Grand Rapids-Kalamazoo-Battle Creek media market and on digital platforms throughout the district.

“Matt Longjohn is lying about his record. Longjohn isn’t licensed to practice medicine, but calls himself a doctor, and that’s not the only thing he’s hiding,” said Michael Byerly, CLF spokesman. “The real Longjohn is dangerously liberal, he would cut funding for our military and abolish ICE – the agency that enforces our immigration laws. Michigan families deserve better than liberal Matt Longjohn.”

In addition to the ad campaign, CLF previously opened a field office in Michigan’s 6^th Congressional District. Each CLF field office is supported by a full-time staffer and hundreds of interns and volunteers who engage with voters on a daily basis through hyper-targeted phone banking and door-to-door canvassing.
