CLF Releases New Ad Ahead of Democrats’ Rebranding Campaign
–Ad will run in Pelosi’s district and a dozen Trump-Democrat districts
WASHINGTON – Ahead of Washington Democrats’ rebranding campaign, the Congressional Leadership Fund (@CLFSuperPAC), the super PAC endorsed by House Republican leadership, released a new digital ad titled, “Resistance,” that will run in a dozen Democratic congressional districts nationwide, and in Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi’s district. The ad features Democrats as the party of the resistance, who in spite of releasing a new poll-tested slogan continue to advance the same old, liberal ideas including single-payer health care, tax increases and military cuts. The dozen districts targeted are Democrat-held districts that President Trump won last year.
“It is no surprise that Democrats want to pretend Nancy Pelosi and her toxic brand don’t exist,” said Corry Bliss, CLF Executive Director. “The simple truth is that a Democrat is someone who is beholden to Nancy Pelosi, wants to raise your taxes, is blinded by their hatred of the president, and regularly loses elections. With Pelosi at the helm, Democrats and their resistance movement are completely out-of-touch with the majority of Americans. As we detailed in a recent polling memo, the majority of Americans want a Congress run by Speaker Ryan, not Speaker Pelosi.”

Nancy Pelosi and the Washington Democrats answer to them.
There’s no new agenda. Behind the poll-tested slogan are the same old, liberal ideas.
Single-payer health care.
Big cuts to our military.
Pelosi’s San Francisco values are wrong for America.
