CLF & AAN Shatter Off-Year Fundraising Record for Q1 & Q2
Congressional Leadership Fund and American Action Network announced raising a combined $35 million during the first six months of the off year, shattering the groups’ combined previous off-year, mid-year haul of $21.6 million in 2021. Congressional Leadership Fund, the super PAC endorsed by Speaker Kevin McCarthy and House Republican Leadership, raised $19.1 million and has a staggering $17.85 million on hand, both records by a wide margin at this point in a cycle.
“We continue to break records because of the results of the Republican-led House and the clear momentum to hold and expand the House majority behind Speaker McCarthy,” said CLF President Dan Conston. “These initial resources give CLF early fire power to begin making critical investments that will yield major results next November.”
