Is Democrats’ retirement crisis about to claim its 20th victim?

Politico this morning reported that Florida Congresswoman Stephanie Murphy might be next, saying “I’m confident that if I run I will win. We are still taking a look.”

It’s no wonder Stephanie Murphy is thinking about jumping ship after pulling a measly $140,000 in the third quarter, and Democrat polling is in the gutter across the board.

“Stephanie Murphy would be wise to join the long list of retiring Democrats and save herself the embarrassment, and voters the effort, of kicking her out of office,” said CLF Press Secretary Cally Perkins. “Democrats are flooding the exits because they know their days in the majority are numbered.”
