Wild Desperate to Cover Her Anti-Energy Vote
After voting against overturning President Biden’s unpopular liquefied natural gas (LNG) export ban, Susan Wild is now trying to rewrite history, telling Politico she’s actually “opposed” to Biden’s ban.
If that’s true, then why did she refuse to repeal it?
Wild must have remembered it’s an election year, and now she’s (rightfully) worried that Pennsylvanians will hold her accountable after Biden’s LNG ban will:
- Jeopardize the jobs of 72,000 Pennsylvanians working in the natural gas industry.
- Raise energy costs on every single Pennsylvanian and weaken the economy.
- And help our adversaries while hurting energy security for the U.S. and our allies.
But no matter how hard she tries to change the past, Susan Wild’s history of voting for the left’s anti-energy agenda cannot be undone.
“Susan Wild is desperately trying to cover up her record of supporting her party’s anti-American energy agenda that puts tens of thousands of Pennsylvanians’ jobs at risk. Despite how hard she tries, Wild can’t rewrite history,” said CLF Regional Press Secretary Maureen O’Toole.
