Whitesides Bankrolls “Defund the Police” Activists
A scathing new report from RealClearPolitics reveals George Whitesides has been bankrolling a dangerous liberal agenda.
Whitesides has been endorsed by and cutting checks to Equality California – a progressive lobbying group that “helped usher in some of the most controversial changes to criminal justice laws across the state in recent years.”
The radical group aggressively campaigned for dangerous criminal reforms like:
- Eliminating cash bail
- Cutting probation time for criminals
- Removing legal protections for police
- Defunding the police
“George Whitesides is bankrolling a dangerous, anti-police liberal agenda that puts California families in danger,” said CLF Regional Press Secretary Maureen O’Toole. “Whitesides is showing California voters exactly who he is: an extreme progressive who can’t be trusted to keep them safe.”
