Summer Bummer

Today marks the first official day of summer and, thanks to House Democrats, it’ll now cost more than ever to cool off and enjoy the summer rays.

Democrats’ inflation crisis has sent prices soaring across the board, especially for summer family favorites:

• Hamburger buns are up 55%.
• Homemade potato salad is up 36%.
• Ground beef is up 11%.
• Vanilla ice cream is up 58%.
• Fresh-squeezed lemonade is up 14%.
• Beer is up 4.5%.

“Inflation isn’t cooling off and record price hikes have families sweating harder than ever in Democrats’ America,” said CLF Press Secretary Cally Perkins. “Democrats set off an inflation crisis and now working Americans can’t even afford a summer BBQ.”
