Secret Progressive Group That Paid Riley $30K “Likely Violated Federal Law”

The secret progressive group, who paid Josh Riley to run for Congress, has been hit with an ethics complaint after it “likely violated federal law” by making illegal contributions to federal candidates.  

In case you need a refresher: Democrat rerun candidate Josh Riley was paid $30,000 by a liberal organization that works to “ensure repeat Democratic congressional hopefuls get paychecks between runs.” 

DC Insider Josh Riley has repeatedly promised to fight for working families, not special interests… Clearly, that was a lie.

“Josh Riley is as crooked as they come,” said CLF Regional Press Secretary Maureen O’Toole. “He’s in bed with the far left and bankrolled by a shady, and likely criminal, organization. Josh Riley should give back the money and own up to his false promises.”
