SCOTUS Blocks CA’s attempt to secretly transition kids

In case you missed it, SCOTUS ended California’s gag order on schools, restoring a parent’s right to know if their child is transitioning in the classroom.

One of the lawyers on the case said this “told California and every state in the nation…you cannot secretly transition a child behind a parent’s back.”

Meanwhile, California Attorney General Rob Bonta’s office said it was “disappointed“.
