REPORT: Amish Shah Violating Arizona Law to Vote Illegally in AZ-01

According to a new report, Amish Shah appears to have violated state law by illegally voting at an address that’s not his actual home, all so he can vote for himself.

Shah rents a condo in AZ-01, but property tax records, along with campaign photos and videos reveal that his primary residence – which he is legally obligated to use for his voter registration – is located in AZ-03.

When Shah was questioned about this clear violation of state law, he insisted his condo was his “official residence” but dodged questions about records proving otherwise.

“Amish Shah is a fraud with no respect for the rule of law,” said CLF Regional Press Secretary Maureen O’Toole. “Shah doesn’t live in the district he’s running to represent and was hoping to trick Arizona voters, but he’s obviously failed.”
