Pat Ryan Shows His True Colors on Israel

On Friday, Pat Ryan turned his back on Israel — our strongest ally in the Middle East — and called for a ceasefire in the war against Hamas.

Even though he previously argued “we must stand with Israel.”

Like most Democrats, Ryan’s rhetorical back flips on Israel pale in comparison to the metric that matters most: his record.

Pat Ryan’s voting record has told the real story all along:

  1. Ryan refused to hold his Democrat colleague accountable for antisemitic rhetoric.
  2. He voted AGAINST sending aid to Israel following the October 7 terrorist attack.
  3. And he refused to condemn and denounce the drastic rise in antisemitism in the United States and across the globe.

“Congressman Ryan should be standing with Israel in their fight to free Israelis and Palestinians from Hamas,” said CLF Regional Press Secretary Maureen O’Toole. “Instead, he’s regrettably now supporting appeasing Hamas’ terror, which would allow them to rearm and regroup. Hamas must go, and Congressman Ryan should know better.”
