Majorities agree, Maloney’s bail bill is bad for New York

New Yorkers are rejecting Sean Patrick Maloney’s “top priority” of eliminating bail and letting criminals roam free.

In a new poll from the New York Post, “56% of voters in the Empire State believe the 2019 bail reform has been bad for New York” and “64% think the law has resulted in an increase in crime.”

No surprise — Crime is up 60% and only getting worse as Democrats like Sean Patrick Maloney continue to coddle criminals.

“Crime is skyrocketing, and dangerous policies supported by New York Democrats like Sean Patrick Maloney are to blame for it,” said CLF Press Secretary Cally Perkins. “New York is growing more dangerous by the day as Sean Patrick Maloney’s ‘top priority’ continues to let criminals out over and over again.”
