Hayes Refuses to Condemn Phrase Calling for Extermination of Jews

In case you missed it, Jahana Hayes is refusing to condemn a grossly antisemitic phrase that promotes the destruction of Israel and the extermination of Jews.

Instead, Hayes wrote off this blatant antisemitism and even accused her opponent of playing a “political game.”

Unfortunately, this isn’t surprising behavior from Hayes, who despite her claims otherwise, has a lengthy record of siding with antisemitism:

• She refuses to hold her Democrat colleagues accountable for their antisemitic rhetoric.
• She voted against sending aid to Israel following the October 7 terrorist attack.
• And she refused to condemn antisemitism on university campuses.

“Time and again, Jahana Hayes chooses to side with terrorism and antisemitism instead of supporting our greatest ally in the Middle East, Israel,” said CLF Regional Press Secretary Maureen O’Toole. “Hayes’ refusal to condemn hateful speech that promotes the genocide of the Jewish nation is unforgiveable, and Connecticut voters won’t forget it.”
