Does Harder still think Biden is “keeping his promises” in Afghanistan?

Back in June, Congressman Harder praised Biden on Afghanistan and said he was “glad to see Biden keeping our promises” to our allies.

With reports that there are as many as 10,000 American citizens still trapped and hiding from the Taliban and countless interpreters left behind after Biden’s botched withdrawal created the worst American foreign policy failing in decades, does Josh Harder still think Biden is “keeping our promises”?
