Defund-the-Police Engel’s Least Favorite Week
It’s National Police Week, and while it’s time to honor our brave law enforcement officers, we know one woman who can’t: Kirsten Engel.
Engel was asked during a candidate debate if she supported defunding the police, to which she emphatically replied, “I agree with it.”

It’s no wonder the Arizona Police Association endorsed Rep. Ciscomani. They know he backs the blue, unlike his opponent.
“Kirsten Engel said it herself – she wants to defund the police and make Arizona families less safe as a result,” said CLF Regional Press Secretary Maureen O’Toole.
