Crime Continues to Soar with “Lenient Bail Law”

Crime is continuing to skyrocket across New York.

According to New York Daily News, “Repeat offenders are a big factor in a 44% crime rate surge.”

And more than 500 suspects have been arrested three times this year, but were let out on Max Rose’s and  Sean Patrick Maloney’s “lenient bail laws that put too many criminal suspects on the streets instead of in jail.”

“Dangerous soft-on-crime policies supported by politicians like Sean Patrick Maloney and Max Rose are the reason crime is going through the roof,” said CLF Press Secretary Cally Perkins. “New Yorkers are watching in fear as Maloney and Rose coddle criminals, putting safety more and more at risk.”
