CLF Statement on TX-22 Primary Runoff Results

Congressional Leadership Fund released the following statement on the results of the primary runoff for Texas’ 22nd Congressional District:

“As a decorated combat veteran and as Fort Bend County’s top law enforcement officer, Troy Nehls has dedicated his entire life to serving the people of Texas, and we congratulate him on his victory,” said CLF President Dan Conston. “While Troy Nehls was busy serving his country, Sri Kulkarni was busy getting arrested, pledging to kick Texans off their health care in the middle of a global pandemic, and working to send pink slips to countless Texas oil and gas workers. We look forward to welcoming Sheriff Nehls as the next Congressman for Texas’ 22nd District this November.”
