Butterfield Bites The Dust

Democrats’ retirement crisis is getting worse by the day. 

G.K. Butterfield has decided he would rather retire than lose next November, making him the 16^th House Democrat to abandon their seat.

It’s no surprise more Democrats are throwing in the towel. With crises piling up every day and their polling in the gutter, Democrats know their days in the Majority are numbered.

“House Democrats’ retirement crisis is quickly becoming a five alarm emergency,” said CLF Communications Director Calvin Moore. “Butterfield isn’t the first retirement and certainly won’t be the last as Democrats continue waking up to their fate next November.”
