A Very Bad Week for Mondaire Jones - Congressional Leadership Fund

Inside Elections moved their NY-17 congressional race rating in favor of Republicans from “Toss-up” to “Tilt Republican.”

And that’s just the latest of extreme progressive Mondaire Jones’ struggles this week:

The New York Times reported that New York voters are disenchanted with Democrats and “the state’s leftward lurch.”
Despite masquerading as an “independent voice,” The Hudson Independent wrote that no one is buying it.
And Jones faced fierce backlash for previously fighting to allow rapists, murderers, and cop-killers to vote from prison.

To make matters worse, recent polling shows Jones is trailing Rep. Lawler by five points and hasn’t been able to crack 40%.

“Mondaire Jones has been running as fast as he can from his far-left record, but he’s not fooling New Yorkers – and it shows,” said CLF Regional Press Secretary Maureen O’Toole.
