79 House Democrats Vote to Allow the CCP to Have Americans’ DNA Data

Last night, the House passed the Biosecure Act – commonsense legislation to prevent Chinese biotech companies with close ties to the Chinese Communist Party from accessing Americans’ DNA data. One such company has even been labeled by the Pentagon as a Chinese military company.

Further, the National Counterintelligence and Security Center warned that this collection of data would allow the CCP to “precisely target individuals in foreign governments, private industries, or other sectors for potential surveillance, manipulation, or extortion.”

Add to this what Americans, and the world, went through with Chinese lab borne Covid-19, you’d think this measure would be a no-brainer.

Yet, shockingly, 79 House Democrats voted AGAINST it, including Hakeem Jeffries and other members of Democratic Leadership.

“The Democrat Party’s inability to protect Americans from potentially grave economic and national security threats from China is not only disqualifying for their intent to hold positions of power, it is a shameful extension of their America-last agenda that puts all Americans in harm’s way,” said CLF spokeswoman Courtney Parella.
