New Ad In ME-02: A Clear Choice For Maine Taxpayers
-Rep. Bruce Poliquin cut middle-class taxes, saving Maine families $2,000 a year
-Jared Golden voted repeatedly for higher taxes and supports a government takeover of health care
WASHINGTON – Congressional Leadership Fund (@CLFSuperPAC), the super PAC endorsed by House Republican leadership, today released a new ad, “Maine’s Economy,” in Maine’s 2nd Congressional District. The ad contrasts Rep. Bruce Poliquin’s efforts to cut middle-class taxes and grow the economy with Jared Golden’s record of repeatedly voting for higher taxes. The ad will run on television in the Bangor and Presque Isle media markets and on digital platforms throughout the district.
“Bruce Poliquin cut middle-class taxes, saving Maine families $2,000 a year,” said Michael Byerly, CLF spokesman. “Jared Golden repeatedly voted for higher taxes and supports a radical $32 trillion government takeover of health care. Bruce Poliquin is the clear choice for Maine taxpayers.”
In addition to the ad campaign, CLF previously opened a field office in Maine’s 2nd Congressional District. Each CLF field office is supported by a full-time staffer and hundreds of interns and volunteers who engage with voters on a daily basis through hyper-targeted phone banking and door-to-door canvassing.
