Congressional Leadership Fund Announces Field Offices For PA-18 Special Election

Targeted voter turnout operation will make 250,000 voter contacts by Election Day

WASHINGTON – The Congressional Leadership Fund (@CLFSuperPAC), the super PAC endorsed by House Republican leadership, today announced the opening of two offices in Pennsylvania’s 18^th congressional district this week ahead of the March 13 special election. The two offices will be located in the Eastern and Western halves of the district and will be headed by CLF’s National Data Director. The hyper-targeted operation will consist of at least 50 full-time door knockers, making 250,000 voter contacts in door-to-door efforts by Election Day.

“Pennsylvania’s special election is very simple,” said CLF Executive Director Corry Bliss. “There are two stark choices: Nancy Pelosi’s handpicked candidate who will be nothing more than a foot soldier in her liberal war on America, or a proven conservative who will stand for Pennsylvania families and their values.”

CLF established field offices focused on voter turnout during 2017’s special congressional elections in Georgia and Montana. In Georgia’s sixth district special election CLF was the first outside group to enter the race, spending over $7 million, with CLF volunteers and staff knocking 300,000 doors. CLF was the first and biggest spender in the Montana’s at-large special election, investing over $2.7 million and knocking 100,000 doors.
