CLF Statement on NY-03 Primary Results

WASHINGTON – Congressional Leadership Fund (CLF), the super PAC endorsed by Speaker Mike Johnson and House Republican Leadership, released the following statement on the primary election results in New York’s Third Congressional District:

“Congratulations to Mike LiPetri for winning the Republican primary tonight,” said CLF President Chris Winkelman.“Mike will ensure New Yorkers have lower taxes and less crime, while Liberal Tom Suozzi will continue making life more expensive for working families. While Tom Suozzi’s net worth has grown by 450% in Congress, he voted to deny tax cuts to social security beneficiaries and New Yorkers earning tips and working overtime. Suozzi is only looking out for his pocketbook, not New Yorkers’.”
