Democrats Get Another Opportunity to Vote for More Taxes

With the House set to vote to send the One Big Beautiful Bill to President Trump’s desk, Democrats are about to have another opportunity to do what they love best: voting to increase taxes on hard-working Americans.

Democrats in Congress continue to oppose common-sense polices supported by majorities of voters in key districts like:

• No income tax on tips and overtime
• Extending tax cuts
• Funding to stop drug trafficking
• Cutting Medicaid for people who choose not to work

Without the One Big Beautiful Bill, “the average taxpayer will face a 22% tax hike and 91% of American taxpayers will see their guaranteed income deduction slashed by nearly half,” according to the Center Square.
