Rollins “Repeatedly” Got “Generous Plea Deals” for Meth Dealers

Will Rollins – a self-proclaimed tough-on-crime prosecutor – has been exposed for “repeatedly” getting “generous plea deals” for meth dealers, including a violent gang member.

In one instance, Rollins got a convicted violent felon – who was facing a life sentence for meth distribution – a sweetheart deal of just 10 years. In another instance, Rollins helped two dealers who faced potential life sentences get off on just four and 10 years in jail.

And these aren’t the only examples of Rollins’ soft-on-crime record. Remember: Rollins also got a “serial poisoner” – who faced 60 years in prison – just over four years of jail time.

“Will Rollins’ record is clear – his top priority isn’t keeping Californians safe, it’s putting dangerous criminals back onto California’s streets,” said CLF Regional Press Secretary Maureen O’Toole.
