Avlon Can’t Decide if Biden Should Stay in the Race

Perennial talking head John Avlon was asked on CNN last night if Joe Biden should stay in the race, and if doing so will hurt down ballot races, like NY-01. Despite his propensity to rush to cameras and opine on everything under the sun, Avlon suddenly couldn’t muster an answer for what Biden should do.

He offered mealy-mouthed “context” one minute while saying “it’s the president’s decision” another – showing voters he’s more concerned with his own political future than acknowledging truths that directly affect them.

Avlon’s refusal to recognize what 72% of voters think, that Biden does not have the mental and cognitive health to serve as President, is the most damning character deficiency a candidate could have.

“New Yorkers deserve the truth from the person aiming to represent them in Congress, but John Avlon is already proving to be a typical politician instead of just being honest,” said CLF Regional Press Secretary Maureen O’Toole. “Perennial talking head and fame seeker John Avlon couldn’t find the words to call a spade, a spade.”
