PA Dems Reject Key Energy Policies Their Voters Want

The House has now passed a series of energy bills aimed at unleashing American energy, lowering energy costs for hardworking Americans, and strengthening our economy:

• Denouncing the harmful, anti-American energy policies of the Biden administration,
• Restoring American Energy Dominance Act,
• Creating Confidence in Clean Water Permitting Act.

ALL were bipartisan. Yet despite this and the polls showing these energy policies are popular with voters, vulnerable House Democrats Susan Wild, Matt Cartwright, and Chris Deluzio still voted against them.

And it’s not the first time they have ignored Pennsylvanians’ concerns.

“Susan Wild, Matt Cartwright, and Chris Deluzio’s constituents want energy policies to boost the economy and lower costs. But instead, these ‘party-first’ Democrats are doubling down on harmful liberal energy policies.” said CLF Regional Press Secretary Maureen O’Toole. “Wild, Cartwright, and Deluzio are building up quite the anti-energy record that they won’t be able to defend this fall.”
