Violent crime is wreaking havoc on New Yorkers, and DCCC Chairman Sean Patrick Maloney continues to enable it. 

New York Daily News published a report on the arrests of a violent criminal with a “double-digit rap sheet,” but “after each of these arrests he walked out of court without bail.”

New Yorkers can blame Sean Patrick Maloney for jeopardizing their safety — Maloney said he “absolutely” believes in eliminating cash bail and that it’s a “top priority” for him.

“New Yorkers cannot trust Sean Patrick Maloney to keep them safe from violent criminals,” said CLF Press Secretary Cally Perkins. “Crime is going through the roof and Sean Patrick Maloney wants to let perpetrators walk free.”
