Malinowski is living in alternate universe

At a town hall event Tuesday, Tom Malinowski said, “We feel this in our daily lives. The economy is incredibly strong; it is booming.”

Tom is clearly extremely out of touch with hard-working New Jerseyans. 

Inflation is rising at fastest pace in nearly 40 years, wiping out wages as Americans took an average 2.4% pay cut in 2021. And New Jersey gas prices are up 21 cents per gallon from a month ago and 85 cents from a year ago. 

“Tom Malinowski must be living in an alternate universe,” said CLF Press Secretary Cally Perkins. “If Malinowski thinks the economy is ‘booming,’ then clearly he’s so out of touch with the working class that he has no business representing them in Congress.”
