CBO says Josh Gottheimer not honest on BBB cost

Congressman Josh Gottheimer isn’t being honest about the true cost of “Build Back Better.”

Josh Gottheimer said BBB “will reduce the deficit by $112 billion.”

BUT, CBO reports that — without the budget gimmicks to hide the true cost —  Democrats’ Build Back Better agenda will add $3 TRILLION to the deficit.

“Josh Gottheimer is misleading his constituents about the economic damage BBB will cause,” said CLF Press Secretary Cally Perkins. “The only thing worse than Gottheimer forcing working families to foot the bill for trillions in wasteful spending is his refusal to be honest about it.”
