New six-figure ad campaign highlights Pelosi’s out of touch talking points on bustling economy
WASHINGTON – On the heels of Nancy Pelosi’s latest foot-in-mouth moment just last week, Congressional Leadership Fund (@CLFSuperPAC), the super PAC endorsed by House Republican leadership, today released a new digital ad, “Negative Nancy.” The ad focuses on Nancy Pelosi’s extremely negative and out of touch rhetoric when discussing the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act and America’s bustling economy, thanks to Republican leadership’s pro-growth agenda.
“Nancy Pelosi is the most toxic, unpopular, and polarizing politician in the country. I am beyond thankful that she continues to lead the Democratic Party and I hope that she never, ever retires,” said Corry Bliss, CLF Executive Director. “Her out of touch rhetoric helps create a clear contrast this November. On one side, you have the Republican Party who kept its promise and cut taxes for the middle class. On the other side, you have Nancy Pelosi who not only mocked the middle-class tax cuts, but has vowed to raise taxes if she were ever to become Speaker of the House again. Nancy Pelosi continues to be the gift that keeps on giving for Republicans.”

When the historic tax cuts passed, Pelosi predicted economic collapse:
“This is Armageddon.”
When millions of Americans received bonuses, Pelosi sneered:
“Crumbs. It’s so pathetic.”
Today, with unemployment is at an eighteen-year low:
“Nancy Pelosi is at again. She’s downplaying our booming economy.”
“Hip hip hurray, unemployment is down.”
So desperate and so partisan, Pelosi is cheering against America’s economy.
